Shipping Guidelines
- PM temps between 30-50 degrees require insulation
- PM temps between 20-30 degrees require a heat pack
- PM temps between 10-20 degrees require both heat pack and insulation
- Day time temps above 95 degrees require insulation
Refund Policy
All sales are final—no take-backsies! Refunds are will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If something’s up with your plant, we’ll need a photo sent within 2 hours of receipt. Without that photo, we can’t offer a refund, so don’t forget!
Just a heads-up, even with a photo, refunds aren’t guaranteed. While we can't control everything that happens during shipping, we make sure to pick the best shipping options to get your plants to you healthy and happy. And hey, minor cosmetic damage might happen during the journey, but don’t worry—our Arrive Alive Guarantee has got you covered!
Arrive Alive Guarantee
At Wall of Plants, we believe you should be able to rely on us to deliver your plant healthy and alive — that’s why we offer our Arrive Alive Guarantee for customers who follow our shipping guidelines. If your plant arrives damaged or dead within the projected delivery window, simply send us a photo or video within 24 hours of delivery. If a shipping delay or damage occurs in transit, the carrier is responsible. We’ll help you file a claim, and approved claims are eligible for a replacement or, if unavailable, a refund.
Shipping Policy
We ship plants every Monday and Tuesday (weather permitting) to ensure they arrive in the best condition. If you'd like your order shipped during less-than-ideal weather, just let us know! But keep in mind, it’s at your own risk. If the plant doesn’t make it due to weather conditions, we won’t be able to offer a refund. We’ll always do our best to ensure your plant arrives safe and sound!
