Returns and Refunds

All sales are final and not subject to refund. Refunds are issued on a situational basis. Photo evidence must be provided within 2 hours of plant arrival receipt, no exceptions. Absolutely no refunds will be given without photo evidence. Photo evidence does not guarantee a refund. 

Wall of Plants is not responsible for issues that may occur during shipment. We guarantee all plants will arrive in good health provided that appropriate shipping was chosen. Minor cosmetic damage is possible during your shipment and is covered under our Arrive Alive Guarantee.

Between November 1 and March 31, live arrival is only guaranteed if UPS Next Day shipping is chosen. Winter shipping is unpredictable, regardless of care taken during packing. We reserve the right to delay shipping in lieu of favorable weather conditions during the shipment's journey. Slower shipping options may be selected at the customer's risk.
