Should you be able to rely on a company to get its product to you intact and, in your case, alive? The obvious answer is YES. That’s why Wall Of Plants offers an Arrive Alive Guarantee to all customers that follow the shipping guidelines. While the extras do have a cost, it comes with a 100% guarantee that your plant will arrive alive at your doorstep if delivered within the originally projected delivery window.

Of course, mistakes do happen. We are not perfect. So, if your plant does not arrive alive, send us photo or video evidence within 24 hours of the marked delivery time. If your package was delayed or damaged during transit, the shipping carrier is liable. I will help you file a claim with the shipping company who will request photo evidence and a price of goods proof. Claims that result in approval are subject to replacement before refund. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be provided.

Typical shipping stress that most plants will exhibit during shipment:

• Yellowing leaves-plants get a little sad when their life source has vanished
• Some root rot, severity dependent upon shipping conditions
• Dormancy
• In some cases, a plant may lose all leaves and remain as a single stalk or root. The viability of these specimens is dependent upon the firmness of the remaining plant parts and determined on a case-by-case basis

Shipping Guidelines

1. PM temps between 30-50 degrees require insulation
2. PM temps between 20-30 degrees require a heat pack
3. PM temps between 10-20 degrees require both heat pack and insulation
4. Day time temps above 95 degrees requires insulation
