At Wall of Plants, we want you to feel confident your new plant will make it to your doorstep alive. That's why we offer our Arrive Alive Guarantee when you follow our shipping guidelines. If your plant arrives dead within the projected delivery window, simply send us a photo or video within 24 hours of delivery. If a shipping delay or damage occurs in transit, the carrier is responsible. We’ll help you file a claim, and approved claims are eligible for a replacement or, if unavailable, a refund.
